Warehouse Specialist
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory shipping and receiving and material movement throughout a refinery environment. The ideal candidate is organized safety-focused and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory and materials
- Receive inspect and verify incoming materials and shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement
- Load and unload deliveries and assist with packing/unpacking materials
- Operate a forklift to move pallets and large items
- Safely drive trucks to delivery locations and unload materials
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and regulations
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse inventory or shipping/receiving experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with WMS preferably SAP and Microsoft Office
