Warehouse Pick and Pack Associate

Become a vital part of our warehouse team as a Pick and Pack Associate where your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment.

The Warehouse Pick and Pack Associate is responsible for accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components for customer and dealer orders in a high-volume warehouse setting. This role involves selecting appropriate packaging materials labeling sealing and staging packages for outbound shipping while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

• PAY RATE: 19.00 hour
• LOCATION: Romeoville IL 60446
• HOURS: 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F
• POSITIONS: 9 Positions Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack small HVAC parts and service components for orders.
• Select cartons dunnage and packaging materials to ensure damage-free shipments.
• Label seal and stage packages for outbound shipping.
• Maintain productivity and quality performance standards.
• Identify and report damaged missing or incorrect items to leadership.
• Follow all safety policies standard operating procedures and housekeeping guidelines.
• Keep packing stations clean and fully stocked.
• Assist with rework or peak-season volume projects.
• Work collaboratively with picking shipping inventory and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Pass a drug test including THC.
• Steel toe boots or shoes with ASTM f2413-18 rating (proof required) before start date.
• Puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
• Complete a background check.
