Warehouse Pick and Pack Associate 2nd Shift

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Pick and Pack Associates to join our 2nd shift team playing a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment in a busy warehouse environment.

In this role you will be responsible for packing small HVAC parts and service components for customer and dealer orders. You will work within a high-volume warehouse distribution environment maintaining productivity and quality standards while collaborating with multiple teams to support smooth operations.

• PAY RATE: 20.00 hour
• LOCATION: Romeoville IL 60446
• HOURS: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• POSITIONS: 10 Positions Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack small HVAC parts and service components for orders.
• Use RF scanners or pick tickets to verify part numbers quantities and order accuracy.
• Select appropriate cartons dunnage and packaging materials to ensure damage-free shipments.
• Label seal and stage packages for outbound shipping.
• Maintain productivity and quality performance standards.
• Report any damaged missing or incorrect items to leadership.
• Follow all safety policies standard operating procedures and housekeeping guidelines.
• Keep packing stations clean and fully stocked.
• Assist with rework or peak-season volume projects.
• Work collaboratively with picking shipping inventory and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pass a Drug Test including THC.
• Steel toe boots or shoes rated ASTM f2413-18 (proof required) before start date.
• Puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
• Complete a Background Check.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
