Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Franklin MA

Duration: 2 Months

Job Summary

Responsible for daily warehouse operations including receiving storing tracking picking packing and distributing public health supplies and equipment.

The Warehouse Operator maintains accurate inventory records prepares and fulfills orders coordinates shipments and pickups and helps ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. This position regularly interacts with healthcare facilities public health partners state agencies vendors and other organizations and is expected to provide excellent customer service. The position also supports emergency preparedness and response activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect organize and store incoming supplies.
• Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts.
• Handle order processing shipments pickups and deliveries.
• Update inventory systems spreadsheets and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities vendors and state agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine order issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Physical Requirements
