Location: ICS Facility in Lockbourne
Shift: 6:30am until complete
Sign on Bonus: $5000
This role is in support of Cencoras third party logistics service in the US operating through our ICS business.
The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily BluePoint receiving storage inventory and shipping operations at the ICS facility. This position supervises American Health Packaging (AHP) warehouse associates and ensures work is completed safely accurately efficiently and in compliance with AHP procedures and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
The Supervisor is responsible for ambient and refrigerated inventory order fulfillment inter-site transfers cycle counting staffing productivity and coordination with Quality Inventory Control Transportation Customer Support and other AHP teams. Although the operation is located at ICS BluePoint associates systems quality oversight and operational execution remain managed by AHP.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct train coach and monitor warehouse associates supporting BluePoint operations.
Manage staffing work assignments attendance overtime productivity and performance.
Supervise receiving putaway picking packing verification shipping and inventory movement.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate properly documented and completed on time.
Oversee ambient and refrigerated inventory storage and handling.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts location audits reconciliations and physical inventory.
Coordinate product transfers replenishment and shuttle activities between ICS and AHP.
Ensure compliance with AHP procedures GMP GDP DEA safety and applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain appropriate controls for released quarantined damaged returned or recalled inventory.
Investigate operational inventory shipping quality and safety issues and support corrective actions.
Monitor equipment RF devices warehouse conditions housekeeping and safe material handling practices.
Track operational performance and implement improvements that increase safety accuracy productivity capacity and customer service.
Provide onsite operational leadership and escalate issues that could affect product availability quality or customer commitments.
Perform related duties and support extended hours weekend coverage and physical inventory as needed.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in supply chain business logistics operations or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Pharmaceutical healthcare regulated distribution or cold chain experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong leadership coaching communication and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of warehouse receiving shipping inventory control and order fulfillment.
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with Quality and other cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems RF technology Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to operate or become certified on applicable material handling equipment.
Flexibility to work extended hours or provide operational coverage based on business needs.
