Warehouse Manager

3rd shift Operation 8pm start time

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.
• Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship while partnering with Eclipse IA HR
• Manage the Site workforce: including hiring payroll employee relations and office administrative duties.
• Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing implementing enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization.
• Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow manning and space requirements and implementing changes.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.
• In collaboration with the Regional Manager will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review.
• Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment while also delivering independent results.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability in Operations Management work and process improvement is essential
• Must exhibit strong data analysis capabilities
• Experience in start-up facility preferred
• Grocery warehousing industry preferred
• Self-starter with ability to drive improvements in operational processes
• Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility
• Set aggressive targets and meets them in a challenging and complex environment
• Picks up knowledge quickly strong leadership highly reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to motivate energize and influence others
• Microsoft Office proficiency a must (Outlook Excel)
• People Management Supervision Data Entry Skills Data Entry Management Data Processing Dependability Reporting Skills Analyzing Information Deadline-Oriented
• Bilingual language skill is a plus
