Job Summary
Position Summary
The position is responsible for achieving metrics & key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety quality on-time delivery shipment volume cost efficiency inventory accuracy environmental responsibility and customer service. The Warehouse Manager partners closely with Production Materials Customer Service Quality and EHS to support U.S. manufacturing operations for Heavy Duty Truck Automotive Specialty and Aerospace markets to ensure alignment with customer demand and business priorities. This role also ensures compliance with Flexfabs certified management systems including ISO 14001 IATF 16949 and AS9100 while supporting sustainability objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure warehouse processes support Flexfabs certified management systems including ISO 14001 IATF 16949 and AS9100.
Support internal and external audits corrective actions root cause analysis and continuous improvement activity.
Develop and execute action plans that align with broader Manufacturing and Operations goals.
Communicate performance priorities risks and improvement plans clearly to the Director of Manufacturing and other stakeholders.
Manage workflow labor planning priorities and daily execution to meet shipment volume and service commitments.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately efficiently and on time.
Monitor and improve warehouse productivity cost efficiency inventory accuracy and service performance.
Support environmental and sustainability goals within the warehouse and distribution center.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Supply chain Logistics Operations Management Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive warehouse logistics or manufacturing operations experience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with direct responsibility for hourly employees
Prior experience with ERP/WMS systems inventory control and shipping processes
Experience within ISO 14001 IATF 16949 AS9100 or similar environments
International shipping experience preferred
Working knowledge of Lean 5S visual management standard work root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
Working Conditions
Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment with frequent cross-functional interaction with internal & external customers
Requires the ability to work both on the warehouse floor and in an office setting
