Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation at their Chardon headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful warehouse management is about much more than moving product its about inventory accuracy efficient shipping and receiving organization dependable deliveries and keeping everything running smoothly.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory and product movement.
• Manage inventory by pulling product replenishing stock and helping maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare shipments using UPS FedEx DHL and LTL carriers.
• Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems.
• Operate forklifts pallet jacks and palletizing/shrink-wrapping equipment.
• Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.
• Make regular deliveries to the Stow and Toledo areas.
• Transport materials between the Chardon headquarters and the companys Concord overflow warehouse as needed.
• Handle occasional emergency deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform basic warehouse maintenance and ensure the facility is properly stocked and maintained.
• Work independently and take ownership of the warehouses daily operations.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of warehouse experience who has demonstrated stability and progression in their work history.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations shipping/receiving and inventory management.
• A strong track record of reliability and long-term employment.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Experience with UPS FedEx DHL and/or LTL shipping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of the operation.
• A clean background and professional work history.

Compensation & Benefits

$60000$65000 starting salary based on experience and qualifications.
