Learn more at Viant Medicals website or on the site:Our Fort Wayne site specializes in precision CNC machining for medical devices supporting the production of complex metal components with high accuracy and the role:The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse shipping receiving inventory and logistics operations to ensure material availability inventory accuracy on-time customer deliveries and operational efficiency supervising a team of approximately six associates including a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Material Handlers Inventory Control Personnel Logistics Personnel and a Van Driver / Transportation Support while managing priorities supporting overtime needs and driving accountability across all warehouse and logistics Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Warehouse & Logistics team through coaching training and performance safe compliant and efficient warehouse daily Shipping Receiving Inventory Control and Logistics priorities and allocate resources to support customer transportation activities including support of internal van overtime requirements and staffing coverage based on business inventory accuracy and cycle count closely with Operations Planning Quality Customer Service and Supply Chain and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) and resolve material flow issues impacting production and customer Oracle transactions receiving processes inventory movements and shipping standard work and continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and logistics accountability for team performance and :3 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics Inventory Control or Supply Chain supervisory or leadership experience experience (Oracle preferred).Experience supporting manufacturing organizational and follow-up Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sense of ownership and to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing to hold associates accountable while maintaining positive working communication and problem-solving to make decisions independently and escalate issues :New employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire!Medical dental and vision benefitsCompany-paid life insurance and disability benefitsGenerous Paid time off and 10 paid Holidays401k Plan with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementVoluntary Universal Life and Long-Term CareVoluntary Legal PlanPet InsuranceHome Ownership Program
