Warehouse Logistics

Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations including receiving inventory control order fulfillment shipping and transportation coordination. Ensures products and materials are accurately processed safely handled and moved efficiently throughout the warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Pick pack label and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Coordinate shipments deliveries and transportation schedules.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Track incoming and outgoing freight and communicate shipment updates.
• Operate forklifts pallet jacks scanners and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Maintain an organized clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify inventory discrepancies damaged goods and shipping errors and report them appropriately.
• Work with purchasing transportation customer service and other departments to resolve logistics issues.
• Follow company safety policies OSHA requirements and established warehouse procedures.
• Meet productivity accuracy and shipping deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse distribution shipping receiving or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift move and handle warehouse materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory-management skills.
• Ability to read shipping documents labels and inventory information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
