• Cleans all areas of the warehouse and office including mopping floors dusting and vacuuming
• Empty trash cans on a regular basis
• Carry out additional cleaning duties as instructed by management
• Perform job site deliveries of equipment supplies etc.
• Restocks breakrooms and restrooms with janitorial supplies
• Undertake basic maintenance tasks related to building operating systems
• May perform grounds keeping activities such as cleaning snow mowing lawns raking leaves and general grounds maintenance
• Utilizes safe work practices and uses proper PPE in the performance of all tasks

• Must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Must have good working knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must possess good interpersonal skills to interact with fellow workers and customers of the organization
