Warehouse Coordinator

dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Portland OR. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of inventory management within their respective area of responsibility.

The base pay range for this position is $ 18/hr. 28/hr. plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data). • Unload shipments and put away parts and installation packages
• Prepare and send shipments to technicians dormakaba locations customer locations etc.
• Monitor the inventory of the warehouse and Service/Installation vans to ensure that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately
• Ensure that all compliance process reporting and safety procedures are adhered to
• Run weekly reports on parts usage by tech/van and replenish on a regular basis

• 1 years of warehouse/inventory/quality control experience
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive and deliver parts equipment and materials to job sites and field technicians as needed

• 1 years experience in warehouse operations inventory management or quality control
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word and Teams)
