• Receiving shipments from suppliers and customers
• Assigning lot numbers to components and maintaining traceability
• Organizing the warehouse and each projects inventory shelf
• Creating shipments for finished good products and samples to customers
• Working within FedEx and UPS
• Palletize freight shipments
• Performing majority of inspections for the operations team
• Working with project managers to manage inventory
• Working in our MRP (inventory management system)
• Help with production packing kitting and shipping
• Working as a team member to support development and operations projects
• Work at a pace that meets establish time standards while making quality product
• Communicate progress and report problems to Supervisor and Line Lead(s)
• Perform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Support company finance accounting human resources quality regulatory and clinical departments as necessary to ensure compliance with requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and be versatile with the work flow each day
• 1 year(s) working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or warehouse setting.
• Must have or be willing/able to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to prioritize workday based on the needs of the business
• Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
• Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized timely manner.
• Ability to problem-solve work under pressure and to effectively manage stress.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer standing and walking.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires tabs and electronic components.
• Must wear personal protective gear if applicable.

• The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $18.50$23.00/hour.
