WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Team Member supports daily wrap operations within the Wraps Business. This role is responsible for following standard work producing high-quality vinyl wrap kits ensuring safety and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Perform tasks in vinyl wrap kitting facility following standard operating procedures.

Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.

Follow all safety standards OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines.

Participate in safety audits wear required PPE and report unsafe conditions.

Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Leadership.

Support a positive work environment built on teamwork accountability and respect.

Ensure kits meet quality specifications.

Identify and report defects or non-conformances.

Participate in 5S Kaizen and other improvement initiatives.

Suggest opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Fulfillment and/or custom printing experience preferred.

Ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Strong attention to detail ability to work with precision tools and instruments identify defects in process

Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.
