Warehouse Associate with CDL ShawanoHIRING IMMEDIATELY

Position Overview:

Pay: $19.46-$24.20

Schedule: 2-2-3 Non-Swing Shift Days 4:30 AM- 4:30 PM

Position Summary:

While working in a safeefficientmannerwhile always keeping quality in mind. Works in a cooperative team environmentthataidsproductionand warehouseoperations.Performs all other duties or tasks as required by supervision.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

• Holds a valid Class A CDL

• Shuttle trailers betweenplants ina oneblock radius.

• Parkstrailersin designated locationswhile following company safety practices.

• Adheres to all DOT regulations and follows company food safety practices.

• Monitors DEF and Diesel fuel levels.Replenisheswhennecessarywithcompany provided means.

• Load and unloadproductsand suppliesand process paperwork according to SOP/Work instructions.

• Wrap finished goods accurately according to the pallet wrapping code provided.

• Generateaccuratelabels by counting product correctly.

• Pick inventory and stage on warehouse dock flooror intotrailers.

• Generate Packing Lists/Bill ofLadings.

• Accurately label pallets with Pro stickers per carrier.

• Operate overhead doors and loading dock mechanics.

• Perform trailerand productinspectionsprior to loading or unloading.

• Ensure idle time is used on value-added tasks and activities (i.e. housekeeping audit warehouse yard check).

• Checkaccuracyentryof shipments and receipts made into SAP.

• Communicate issues to warehousemanagerorlogisticscoordinator.

• Follow allstandard work or job instructions(SOPs).

• Communicate with co-workersany information that pertains toshipping and receiving.

• Complete all (including export) shipping documents.

• Adhere to all plant safety and housekeeping policies.

• Cycle counting ofproduct inventory.

• Help with re-packagingofproduct after damaging or returned from customer.

• Operating forkliftormachinery to company standards(electric and propane)

• Adheres to allplantGood Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow all Food Contact packaging safety requirementsas outlined in the SQF quality manual.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must be a team player with a can do attitude.

• Strong organizational skills

• Must be capable of working in hot/cold conditions.

• Must be capable of standing forlong periodsof time.

• Must be able tofrequentlylift and carry 50 lbs.

• Strongcommunicationskillsbothoral and written.

• Must be able to read basic English.

• Experience with ERP Systems andTMS Systemspreferred

• Experience with MS Office software including Outlook Word and Excel

• Previousproduction/warehouseexperience preferred

• Material handling equipmentexperience(pallet jacks forklifts).

• Due to fluctuating production levelsemployees may be asked to work beyond normally scheduled work hours or less than normally scheduled work hours. You may also be called in during non-scheduled hours.

• Regularly required to stand sit move about facility climb stairs bend twist kneel crouch or crawl use hands and fingers to touch handle or feel objects tools and controls grasp push pull reach with hands and arms lift above shoulder level.
