We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving stocking picking packing shipping and inventory management while maintaining a safe clean and organized work environment.
- Receive incoming shipments unload trucks and inspect products for damage shortages or discrepancies.
- Verify received goods against packing slips and purchase orders and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Put received products into their proper storage locations and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Pick products from inventory and accurately pick pack label and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load completed orders onto trucks and prepare required shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine physical inventory counts.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies damaged materials or other issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and properly.
- Maintain clean organized and hazard-free warehouse and work areas.
- Assist with general warehouse and assembly activities as needed.
- Work cooperatively with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity accuracy and customer service goals.
- Follow all company safety policies procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Report safety concerns damaged equipment or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse shipping/receiving inventory order fulfillment or material-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and order/inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and assist with a variety of warehouse and assembly activities.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
This position works primarily in a warehouse environment and involves a variety of hands-on activities related to shipping receiving inventory and order fulfillment. Training and guidance are provided to ensure employees can perform their responsibilities safely accurately and confidently.
