JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts and inventory data into a computer system or mobile application. Stage carry and manipulate materials for pick-up or shipping. Move materials on and off shelves for storage and job preparation. Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts. Communicate material usage and needs with Supervisor.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized; including but not limited to sweeping snow shoveling picking up debris and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsible for general building maintenance and upkeep assigned by Supervisor.
• Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment vehicles power trucks and tools. Complete all required safety training in a timely manner.

• Hours may vary and are dictated by business need or direction of Warehouse Supervisor I II or Manager. General expectations of hours for this position are 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays and OT as needed by the business while paid in accordance with applicable law.

• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to read write and understand language at a sufficient level to perform job functions
• Frequently required to sit reach grasp stand and move from one area to another
• Frequently required to push pull bend lift and move up 5lbs.
• Occasionally required to push pull bend lift and move up to 83lbs.
• Work in conditions with potential exposure to loud noise extreme temperatures or hazardous materials

• Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications as applicable
• 6 months of warehouse construction or customer service experience
• Ability to be organized detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to read tape measures and exhibit basic math skills
• Ability to identify various construction materials
• Ability to utilize construction tools (hand and power tools)
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders using various means of communication (oral/written)

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
