Warehouse Associate Picker

Jack Madden Ford Wholesale Parts is seeking a dependable motivated and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Parts Picker to join our growing Wholesale Parts team.

This position is primarily responsible for accurately picking wholesale parts orders preparing orders for delivery and safely and efficiently loading delivery trucks.

• Accurately pick automotive parts orders from warehouse inventory.
• Verify part numbers quantities and order information before orders leave the warehouse.
• Organize and stage completed orders for delivery.
• Safely and efficiently load delivery trucks according to established routes and procedures.
• Ensure parts are properly secured and protected during transportation.
• Assist with receiving stocking and organizing incoming parts.
• Maintain an organized clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Help locate inventory and keep warehouse locations properly labeled and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when needed.
• Communicate with Parts Counter and Wholesale staff regarding missing damaged or incorrect parts.
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Lift and move automotive parts and boxes safely.

Automotive or parts experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift carry push and pull boxes and automotive parts.
• Ability to safely handle parts of varying sizes and weights.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
