About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing healthcare products company in Monroe OH is seeking a hands-on detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Clerk to join its small friendly warehouse team. Youll handle everything from receiving and inspecting inventory to order fulfillment invoicing and basic client support. This is a laid-back environment where initiative is rewarded and career growth is possible including a clear path to become Warehouse Manager in the next few years as the current manager plans to retire.

What Youll Do

• Receive inspect and store incoming products (healthcare and hygiene items)
• Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use QuickBooks to manage inventory and process invoices
• Work within shipping and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Operate pallet jacks; forklift certification provided if needed
• Speak with customers to confirm orders or handle simple inquiries
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse space
• Meet performance standards (93% order accuracy/efficiency)

What Youll Need

• 1 year of warehouse experience (shipping/receiving or order fulfillment)
• Basic computer proficiency (QuickBooks Excel WMS)
• Ability to do basic math (addition subtraction multiplication division)
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Able to speak and read English fluently
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

Preferred but not required:

• Forklift experience or WMS knowledge
• Previous use of QuickBooks in a warehouse setting
