• Starting pay: $21 per hour

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support warehouse operations through receiving inventory management order fulfillment and shipping activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work takes pride in delivering quality results and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety take initiative to solve problems maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting and be eager to grow within the organization while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

What Youll Do

• Receive inspect and store incoming materials and products
• Pick stage and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload materials safely
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Maintain warehouse organization cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives
• Provide excellent service and support to internal and external customers

What Were Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
• Ability to lift carry and move materials throughout a warehouse environment
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
