Warehouse Associate III

Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. Arrow Electronics Mesa AZ
Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM MondayFriday.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 USD

Hourly Pay: up to $25.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM 6:00 AM.

Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support all departments including receiving storing inventory shipping dispatch and picking.

• Assist with inventory management and fill in as needed.

• Help with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners.

• Provide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes.

• Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and assist co-workers in developing their skills and identifying areas for improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g. forklift reach truck pallet jack Box Truck and pallet/wrapping equipment).

• Ability to perform end-user computer functions including data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems (e.g. RF units computer terminals).

• Demonstrated ability to train and certify new hires and employees in all warehouse functions including equipment operation.

• Effective support in scheduling trucks.

• This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Proficient Reading writing and understanding of English language
