Warehouse Associate [FLO FLC]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts reach trucks and pallet jacks to move freight within the warehouse.

• Receive inspect and document inbound freight for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies immediately.

• Stage and organize outbound freight by route destination or customer for efficient loading.

• Load and unload trailers containers and straight trucks in accordance with weight distribution and safety standards.

• Scan all freight using handheld devices and update the WMS/TMS systems accurately.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment at all times.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.

• Follow all OSHA and Maersk safety protocols including PPE requirements.

• Assist with cycle counts inventory audits and freight reconciliation as directed.
