Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving organizing loading and distributing materials tools and equipment to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro area. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians and construction crews by ensuring materials are delivered safely accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Receive inspect unload and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick stage and prepare materials for daily deliveries and job site requests.
• Deliver materials equipment and tools to construction sites and service technicians.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain an organized clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
• Inspect company vehicles and trailers before and after use.
• Secure loads properly for safe transportation.
• Assist with stocking materials and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift operating experience or certification.
• Experience towing and backing trailers.
• Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers.
• Construction HVAC electrical or mechanical industry experience.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and receiving.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift carry push and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand walk bend kneel climb and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
