You will make an impact as a year-round exterior services techncian by grounds maintenance activities in parking lots exterior buildings and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. This includes snow removal moving lawns pruning and fertilizing shrubs lawns bushes trees and flowers. You must love working outdoors in different types of weather and enjoy physical labor.

• Exterior Services Landscape Technicians: Grounds maintenance and landscaping! Which will include snow removal mowing trimming and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot irrigation systems maintaining pressure washing equipment exterior building and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.

• Exterior Services Landscape Crew Driver Technicians: Landscaping! Which will include mowing trimming and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot exterior building and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment include traveling to multiple locations as this role you will also safely operate a combination motor vehicle of 10001 lbs to 26000 lbs requiring a valid drivers license or certification.

• Exterior Services Lead Landscape Technicians: Lead! Youll lead a team of exterior service technicians working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

Qualifications :

Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services Landscape Technicians roles  Yes if: 

• Experience in landscaping agriculture lawn care general maintenance or related field
• Enjoys working outside in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold and enjoy physical labor
• Have experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
• Have experience with irrigation systems including installation maintaining troubleshooting and repairing

Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services Landscape Crew Driver Technicians roles Yes if: 

• 21 years of age or older
• Hold a valid state-issued drivers license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report 
• Successfully complete and pass a drivers road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work. 
• Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required 

Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services Lead Landscape Technicians roles Yes if: 

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 years experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams
• Valid state-issued drivers license with a clean driving record
  • No convictions for DUI DWI OUI or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
  • No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
  • No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire.
  • As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations ability to read and speak in the English language.
