Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter into POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers and take action to correct any problems
- Process payments and provide change as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including tables and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensurte orders are prepared correctly and promptly
- Answer questions and make reccomendations
Skills
- Previous experience as a wairess is preferred but not required!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Flexible schedule weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
