Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced VTC Scheduler (Level 1) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland MD.
Responsibilities:
- Reserve schedule and set up audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.
- Ensure all VTC systems meet DoD and DIA requirements.
- Understand and coordinate meeting requirements for both local and distant end participants.
- Schedule VTC Bridge connections and perform connection testing with far-site participants.
- Interface with customers to ensure VTC services meet operational requirements.
- Resolve changes and conflicts with scheduled conferences in collaboration with NMIC customers.
- Maintain and update a calendar of all scheduled VTC conferences.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to support VTC operations.
- Provide excellent customer service in a high-visibility environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must hold a Security certification
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access to be considered.
- Coordinate and understand meeting requirements for both local customers and distant end participants.
- Schedule VTC Bridge connections as required and send connection detail information to customers. Perform connection testing with far-site participants.
- Ability to interface with customers and ensure VTC services support command operational requirements.
- Ability to update a calendar listing all scheduled VTC conferences.
- Work directly with NMIC customers to resolve changes and conflicts with scheduled conferences.
- Must be comfortable in high visibility and customer-facing environments.
- Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel Access and Outlook).

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including but not limited to geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications.
