Note

Candidates must hold an active California RN license have at least 3 years of Registered Nurse experience and meet the nursing education or administration qualifications required for vocational nursing program leadership.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee our Vocational Nursing Program ensuring an engaging high-quality educational experience.
• Guide curriculum development instructional planning and continuous program improvement.
• Mentor and support nursing instructors while fostering a collaborative academic environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable nursing education regulations accreditation standards and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare facilities and clinical partners to support meaningful student learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress educational outcomes and overall program effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with faculty students administrators and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Current active unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• 3 years of nursing administration or nursing education experience within the last 5 years.
• Bachelors degree from an approved institution.
• Completed college-level coursework in administration teaching and curriculum development.
• Strong communication organizational and leadership abilities.
• Masters degree and previous academic management experience preferred but not required.
