micro1 is engaging Visual Creative Experts to support a customer project focused on curating and evaluating high-quality visual content for AI training.

Youll use your expertise in photography art direction graphic design illustration and visual curation to assess images for artistic quality composition originality and visual impact. No prior AI experience is requiredyour creative judgment is what matters.

• Review and curate aesthetic visual content based on defined quality standards.
• Evaluate composition lighting color styling originality and technical execution.
• Select images that demonstrate strong artistic and creative value.
• Provide clear written reasoning ratings annotations and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with visual specialists and project trainers to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
• Assess diverse visual genres styles and formats.

• Experience in photography art direction graphic/brand design illustration or visual curation.

• Awareness of current visual trends cultural references and emerging aesthetics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet remote project deadlines.
