The company provides personalized evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges with a focus on individualized treatment therapy and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual administrative support to the team and clients
• Manage and organize schedules appointments and emails
• Coordinate various tasks and projects efficiently
• Handle data entry documentation and file management
• Assist with research reports and presentations as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and external parties

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant
• Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
