Video Operations Engineer

Pay Range: $50- $52 /hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage video operations (authentication onboarding VOD DVR entitlements channel lineup caching metadata)
• Monitor service health alerts dashboards for performance & availability
• Support production deployments releases and post-deployment validation
• Troubleshoot complex production issues (video delivery middleware customer access)
• Validate data flows across customer systems middleware and video platforms
• Deploy and support backend services on AWS & containers
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure issue resolution
• Conduct capacity planning & scalability assessments

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have Skills:Video streaming platforms & backend video services
• Monitoring tools: Splunk Datadog ELK
• AWS Cloud
• Docker Kubernetes (containerized services)
• Production support & troubleshooting
• Experience in video device architecture & service design validation
• Strong understanding of end-to-end video ecosystem
