Job Summary

Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in film editing video production or post-production workflows particularly at the level expected for experienced editors or media professionals working in creative broadcast or studio environments.

Role Overview:

In this role you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in video editing storytelling and post-production workflows.
No prior AI experience is required.
These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to enhance post-production efficiency creative editing and storytelling impact in media production.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

Design and solve real-world video editing and storytelling scenarios to test AI reasoning.
Write clear structured explanations covering editing workflows visual continuity and creative decision-making.
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy technical quality and alignment with professional editing standards.
Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of editing logic narrative flow and visual storytelling principles.

Requirements:

4 years of experience as a Film Editor Video Editor or Post-Production Specialist.
Strong understanding of editing software and workflows (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve).
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Ability to explain technical and creative editing concepts clearly and concisely.
