Dewitt Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is ready to lead from the floor develop a high-performing team and help shape the future of our hospital.

This is not just a management role this is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment values accountability and is passionate about building a positive growth-focused culture.

The Technician Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations elevating medical standards and developing the technician team.

You will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure:

• Strong clinical workflows
• Consistent training and skill development
• A collaborative respectful team environment
• High-quality patient care and client experience

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• A strong veterinary technician with leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership
• Passionate about teaching coaching and developing others
• Organized solution-oriented and confident in decision-making
• Able to balance team support with accountability and performance standards
• Comfortable navigating change and helping teams adapt (especially with new systems and workflows)
• A positive lets figure it out mindset with strong communication skills
• 3 years of veterinary technician experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical skills (surgery anesthesia patient care workflow coordination)
• Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances medical documentation etc.)
• Experience with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet VetSnap etc.) is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $29/hourly based on experience
• Eligibility of a sign-on bonus up to $1500 based on experience
