About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lecture laboratory and clinical instruction aligned with the established curriculum
Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson plans objectives and evaluation tools
Monitor student attendance participation and overall academic performance
Provide timely feedback on student assignments (within 48 hours of submission)
Offer academic support during scheduled office hours or by appointment
Identify and support at-risk students through proactive retention efforts
Maintain professional expertise through continuing education and skill development
Participate in required faculty meetings training sessions and professional development activities
Collaborate with academic leadership to enhance curriculum and student outcomes
Position Details
Teaching assignments are offered on a module-by-module basis
Course offerings are subject to minimum enrollment requirements
Instructors are expected to meet all scheduled class times as published
Performance is evaluated through student feedback and administrative review
Final grades must be submitted within 72 hours after the completion of final exams

Required Skills:
Qualifications Associate degree (required) Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to student success and educational excellence Ability to create engaging learning experiences in classroom and laboratory settings Professional appearance and demeanor Experience with online learning platforms (preferred for online instruction)
