Overview:
Grandview Animal Hospital in Phoenix Arizona is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Managerto lead daily operations support our clinical team and foster a positive high-performing culture. This is ahands-on leadership rolewith the expectation tosupport on the floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and patient care

• Lead develop and mentor a team of veterinary professionals

• Collaborate with medical leadership to support high-quality medicine

• Provide hands-on support on the floor

• Manage inventory scheduling and workflow efficiency

• Track financial performance and clinic KPIs

• Recruit train and retain top talent

• Foster a positive team-oriented culture

Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership or management experience in veterinary healthcare or customer service

• Veterinary technician experiencepreferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient with practice management software and basic financial reporting

• Ability to multitask and lead with empathy accountability and confidence
