Veterinary Practice Manager

A rapidly growing veterinary clinic in Leonardtown is in search of an experienced Practice Manager with a true servant-leadership mentality. This is your chance to join a forward thinking progressive group with a solid mission great core values and a highly positive business culture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a successful Veterinary Practice

• Eliminate roadblocks and manage escalated client situations

• Monitor KPIs goals and objectives leading and developing the team as you work together to achieve success
• Participate in hiring training and developing a positive collaborative practice team.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to payroll scheduling inventory management etc.
• Working closely with Practice Owners and Partners to implement strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university

• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees in a client/customer focused setting (required)
• Previous management experience - OR - prior Veterinary Management Experience (required)

• A growth mindset with regard to your professional skills is a must!

• The sincerely held belief that relationships are the #1 driver of success - especially with your team!
• The ability to work autonomously training staff and implementing initiatives independently.
• A strong background in coaching/mentoring employees with a positive leadership style.

Hours & Availability

This is a full time opening! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:

• Mon & Tue: 7:30am 6:00pm

• Wed: 8:00am 2:00pm

• Thu & Fri: 7:30am 6:00pm

• Sat: 9:00am 1:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

Our leadership team members can expect competitive pay and great benefits! The starting range for this position is $30 to $35 per hour dependent upon education and/or experience.
