All Pets Animal Hospital of Rogers is seeking a compassionate service-driven Veterinary Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our growing team. This is more than a receptionist positionits an opportunity to become an integral part of a veterinary hospital dedicated to delivering outstanding client care and exceptional patient experiences.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth professionalism and compassion
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Obtain and accurately document patient histories and client information
- Verify vaccination and testing records
- Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with the medical team
- Process invoices payments and financial transactions
- Assist clients with prescription diets flea and tick preventatives and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
- Maintain accurate patient records within veterinary software systems
- Support daily hospital operations and help ensure a smooth client experience
- Deliver a hospitality-focused experience that exceeds client expectations

- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
- Medical reception experience considered
- Strong customer service or hospitality background required
- Experience with veterinary practice software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of veterinary preventive care vaccines and wellness services is helpful
