Adobe Animal Hospital is looking for Veterinary Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing high-quality care to animals ensuring a clean and safe environment and delivering excellent customer service to pet owners

Salary: $12 16 per hour

Schedule: Full-time opportunities available. Monday Friday 7:30 am 6 pm Saturday 7:30 am 12 pm. Closed on Sunday and major holidays.

Who You Are:

• veterinary clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
• Able to lift and handle large dogs (Over 50lbs)
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint of cats and dogs
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
• Help in the exam rooms alongside the veterinarian
• Work closely with other team members to assist in daily hospital duties (bloodwork x-rays animal monitoring vaccines exams surgery etc.)
• Positive team player
• Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
• General housekeeping
• Stocking supplies and counting inventory
