Role Overview
This long-term contract position involves coordinating third-party vendors and managing relationship governance. The role requires tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting vendor issue resolution maintaining a reporting cadence and ensuring supplier activities align with program needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain reporting cadence and ensure supplier activities align with program needs.
- Oversee vendor management KPI reporting and relationship management.
- Facilitate governance and issue escalation processes.
- Maintain awareness of contracts and statements of work (SOW).
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and service performance tracking.
