Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- The Veeva Vault Architect will lead Functional/technical requirements sessions architect & document technical solutions and build on the vault platform.
- Champion scalable and out-of-the-box solution design principles in Veeva Vault
- Hands on experience in Veeva like workflows UI Layout domain-based functionalities and securities per industry best practices
- Be a credible subject matter expert in commercial content lifecycle related business processes
- Design & develop interfaces with Veeva Vault.
- Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms
- Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing the project from business requirements gathering through deployment
- Lead technical design sessions designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives
- Lead the technical delivery of Veeva vault implementations including development of solutions and integrations managing technical scope and business expectations
- Keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends
- Research and design solution implementation options
- Demonstrate technical thought leadership
- Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence
- Acts as a liaison between the Business teams and internal development staff and is responsible for leading the team during all phases of the projects lifecycle.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
- Bachelors degree in business computer science or related field
- 6 Years experience in building Veeva Vault products based on industry best practices
- Experience with Veeva Vault Admin functionalities
- Excellent client-facing written presentation and verbal communications skills
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
- Experience in Veeva PromoMats or related products is preferred

business need and/or on the selected candidates experience knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidates qualifications consistent with applicable law.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
