Richmond VA

**Assignment possibly 24 months

**Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking

Seeking a Developer with 10 yrs or Web application development. Experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQuery React Angular or Blazor CSS3 and HTML5experience

The Senior Developer is expected to ensure that programming best practices are being followed prioritize work effectively and write system documentation when required. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Primary responsibilities include: Ability to develop applications and backend services using C# MVC Web API Java Script JQuery Angular JS CSS and Blazor. Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability. Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high quality software -depth knowledge of system design patterns tiered architecture and testing practices. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. Work with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them. Participate in Agile SDLC.

Required Skills:

Web Application development experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQueryReactAngular or BlazorCSS3 and HTML5Experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team FoundationExperience with Oracle SQL Server DatabaseExperience with PL/SQL and using Oracle DatabaseExperience with Process automation and troubleshootingExperience with Agile SDLC best practices
