| Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions Design and architect scalable secure and efficient Varicent systems Automate and optimize sales compensation processes Integrate Varicent with related systems (e.g. Sales Planning CRM) Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans Conduct requirements workshops and document outcomes Develop and maintain data models workflows and webforms in Varicent Ensure adherence to best practices in coding security and database design Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams Support ongoing system operations maintenance and enhancements Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionalities |
