Position: Java Tech Lead - TypeScript/AWS
Location: PA (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 years of software development experience and 2 years leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture mentor developers and remain hands-on in designing and building scalable applications.
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience with architecture design and technical decision-making
- Expertise in Java Spring Boot Python TypeScript
- Frontend experience with Angular or React JavaScript CSS Jest
- Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambda ECS S3 DynamoDB API Gateway CloudFormation CloudFront)
- Experience with CI/CD GitHub Docker Splunk Shell Scripting
- Strong understanding of SQL Data Modeling Redis Authentication & Authorization (OIDC Auth0 Active Directory)
- Experience mentoring teams and collaborating with Product Delivery and Architecture stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools observability platforms (Grafana Honeycomb) and AWS Glue is a plus
Preferred: 10 years of experience with proven success leading high-performing engineering teams.
