About the Role

Were looking for a Vacation Experience Coordinator who enjoys bringing all the pieces of a trip together. Youll help travelers research and coordinate vacation experiences while developing your knowledge of destinations accommodations cruises and activities.

What Youll Do

• Assist with researching and coordinating vacation plans
• Compare accommodations cruises activities and destination options
• Help organize trip details and travel information
• Communicate with travelers during the planning process
• Research options based on travel preferences and budgets
• Stay up to date on travel products destinations and supplier offerings
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using online tools and learning new platforms
• Ability to manage multiple details independently
• Interest in travel planning and creating great vacation experiences
• Previous travel-industry experience is not required
