About the Role
The role is for a UX Researcher whose focus will be on initiatives that support product discovery and development for business messaging. The person should have 3-5 years experience in qualitative research with demonstrated skills in moderation and this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that inform product design and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to deliver clear actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
- Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in UX research including multiple qualitative methodologies.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and techniques.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
