Utility Worker Tupelo, MS

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM2:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and versatile Utility Worker to assist with a variety of production and warehouse tasks. This position is ideal for someone who can adapt quickly and is comfortable being moved between different responsibilities throughout the workday.

• Package orders accurately ensuring the correct products are placed in the appropriate boxes.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Learn and operate the roll pack machine as needed.
• Move between different work areas and tasks based on production needs.
• Assist with general manufacturing and material-handling duties.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to adapt to different tasks and work areas throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail especially when packaging orders.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with manufacturing and warehouse work.
• Previous manufacturing warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.
