We are looking for you to:

• Perform light maintenance minor repairs and routine inspections of facility equipment and systems.

• Maintain general facility upkeep including painting moving furniture and equipment completing minor building repairs and clearing walkways as assigned.

• Follow all safety protocols and health and safety regulations to maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.

• Remove debris empty trash and clean stairways hallways and high-traffic areas.

• Perform heavy lifting and safely move furniture equipment and supplies for room setups facility changes and special events.

• Perform floor care duties including sweeping mopping stripping old wax applying new floor finish buffing and polishing vinyl tile concrete and hardwood floors.

• Vacuum shampoo extract and steam-clean carpets and upholstery to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

• Operate heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment including floor buffers burnishers auto-scrubbers carpet extractors and other facility maintenance machinery.

• Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with established safety cleanliness and operational standards.

• Basic experience in facility maintenance including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail especially regarding safety and equipment operations.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
