Imagine what you could do here!nnThe System-Wide Quality organization is seeking an exceptional quality engineering manager to lead the User Experience Quality teama unique black-box testing team that simulates real-world customer usage across Apple products to ensure we ship software that truly this role youll have the opportunity to shape the next chapter of User Experience Quality leading the team through a multi-year evolution from periodic manual test passes to a comprehensive continuous view of software quality at scale that directly influences executive decisions on product readiness strategic priorities and future quality investments.

Unlike traditional QA teams focused on functional validation of specific apps or features the User Experience Quality team takes a fundamentally different approachassessing the function and feel of end-to-end use cases that matter most in our customers daily role requires a leader who possesses the same deep user experience intuition that makes the teams existing testing valuable while also championing innovation that amplifies its impact. BS in Computer Science BS/BBA in Management or 4 years of equivalent software quality engineering experiencen2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership capacitynExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnCreative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detailnProficiency with Apple operating systems including iOS macOS tvOS visionOS and watchOS

Demonstrated experience leveraging Generative AI to create and optimize testing products and automationnFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python) for test automation and data analysisnExperience with objective and subjective analysis techniques
