We offer our sales consultants the most lucrative pay plan in the areawith up to 35% COMMISSION a killer spiff program and an annual production bonus. What Youll Do:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle

Present and demonstrate vehicle features benefits and financing options

Maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring excellent service and follow-up

Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere to ensure customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

Prior experience in used vehicle sales required

Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

A passion for excellent customer service

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
