Pay Rate / Schedule

$20.79/hr for day shift and $21.79/hr. for night. M-F great opportunity for OT! At $21.79/hr. and 52 hrs for example earn weekly paychecks of $1265 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring for multiple assembler openings in Minden NV Mechanical Assemblers and Electronic Assemblers. These roles build and test components and control panels according to engineering specifications in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with a strong mechanical or electrical assembly background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components or electrical cabinets/panels per bill-of-material or engineering drawings
• Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies or install and wire electrical components (relays breakers terminal blocks)
• Read and interpret technical drawings schematics or wiring diagrams
• Operate calibrate and maintain assembly and test equipment
• Prepare completed assemblies for shipment while maintaining a clean organized work area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred but not required. Looking for candidates that are good with their hands and love to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools power tools and measuring instruments
• Must wear required safety gear on site (safety boots/steel toe boots safety glasses)
