Job Summary
Job Title: Network Support Engineer (Onsite Bothell WA)
Location: Bothell WA
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco SDA environments.
Monitor maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure uptime.
Resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and manage problems.
Support network changes upgrades and implementations per operational needs.
Ensure network availability performance and security in line with SLAs.
Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and internal teams in a manufacturing setting.
Maintain documentation and provide operational reports.
Requirements:
Handson experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
Knowledge of Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA).
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Experience in incident resolution and change management.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work onsite in Bothell WA.
